Refund Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving an item. Contact arevtura988@gmail.com before sending a return so we can confirm eligibility and provide instructions.

Items should be returned in their original condition with included packaging where reasonably possible. For an approved return, the merchant provides a prepaid return label and covers return shipping. No restocking fee is charged.

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered, contact us promptly at arevtura988@gmail.com or (406) 990-3148 so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Financial institutions commonly need 5–10 business days to post a completed refund.

An order may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us. If fulfillment has already begun, the return process may apply instead.
